- Moved head office to present location in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

- With capital investment from Itochu Cooperation, Progress became its affiliated company.
- DEC.1991
- Change company’s name to PROGRESS CORPORATION.
- MAY.1995
- PROGRESS CO.,LTD. Was formed as 100% subsidiary of Itochu Corporation with equity capital of 100 million yen.
- OCT.1997
- Merged Chuwa Trading Co.,Ltd. And its capital was increased to 150 million yen.
- APR.2002
- Changed company’s name to SANKO PROGRESS CORPORATION, being transferred business and employees from Sanko Co.,Ltd.
- APR.2008
- Merged Itochu-Mabis Corporation and changed company’s name to Sanko Mabis Corporation.
- APR.2010
- Itochu Corporation transferred whole stocks to Kamei Corporation.
Sanko Progress Mabis Corporation became Kamei Corporation’s subsidiary company.
